Product details
Long reins are a great tool to working with your horse on the ground. Long reins should be about twice the length of your horse + 1-2 meter (3-6.5ft) extra.
For in hand work (you position will be at the shoulder of the horse) you may need shorter reins.
For long lining (your position will be behind the horse) you may need longer reins.

Sizing & Measurements
Our Standard long reins come in 3 sizes:
4 meter (about 13 ft)
5 meter (about 16.5 ft)
6 meter (about 20 ft)
They are 15mm (5/8 inch) wide and 5mm (0.2 inch) thick. Though due to the weaving of the rope this may fluctuate with tension.
Colours & Materials
There long reins are made from nice quiality braided flat reins.
Available in the colour black. Other colours can be ordered specially, just send us a message through email or social media.
