Temporarily no shipping available to the USA due to tariffs

Starting August 29, the US will remove the rule that allowed goods worth up to $800 to be imported to the US without paying duties. This means that all shipments of goods after august 29 must be declared regardless of value and origin and will be subject to duties, taxes and other charges upon entering the US.

We ship our packages with PostNL from the Netherlands and USPS will take over the delivery within the US.
It's expected USPS will not be able to be able to handle the major influx of clearing and releasing the packages from customs.
So to prevent extreme delays, lost packages and other errors it was decided to stop shipping to the USA temporarily while our carrier seeks alternative options.

We are unsure yet of how long we won't be able to ship our products to the US. If you want to take the risk you can still contact us via email and we can work something out and perhaps try a different carrier like UPS or DHL . But the tariffs will still be charged and delays are still expected.

About tariffs

A tariff or import tax is a duty imposed by your government (the USA)  on import of goods (like our products) and is paid by the importer (you).

When we are able to deliver to the US again the tariffs will most likely still be in place. These extra costs are not included in our pricing. Just like every other country outside of the EU you buy our products tax free and all the extra charges that come from your government will be charged to you separately after clearing customs.
All our products are handmade in -and shipped from the Netherlands. For more information and rates you can check the website of your government for more up to date information.

And follow us on social media to stay up to date on when we are able to ship to the USA again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
