Shipping to the USA

Due to the changes for imported goods to the USA our shipping provider changed the way they handle packages shipped to the USA. We do not find their solution reasonable for HN Horsewear and have therefor decided we will not offer shipping to the USA anymore.

But because we have a lot of customers in the USA we don't want to close that door for everyone completely. So we decided that we will handle all US orders as custom order only. 
That means you can only place your order via e-mail, this can be for any product you see on our website and custom items of course. Your order will still get processed safely through our website, the only change is how the order is placed and how shipping is handled.

Shipping prices will be calculated by weight of the order total and we can decide on a suitable carrier together. The customer will pay for shipping and is responsible for any additional costs that come with importing goods from the Netherlands. 

By placing a custom order you accept that you can not return your items and will not receive any refunds in case the package gets lost, stolen or you ordered the wrong item. 

With custom orders it is possible to adjust measurement, colours etc. We always recommend to measure your horse before ordering to make sure you pick the right size. We are happy to help you determine the best option for you and your horse.

We understand the extra steps to order from us are annoying but for now we see this as the only way to still be able to get our products to those that really want them.
