Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made to order, personalised and custom orders are made specially for you and can not be returned. Though some made to order items are neutral enough to be resold and can be returned after consultation but will not be refunded for full price, just de ready to ship resale price. You can contact us for more information.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do offer great support to make sure you can pick the right size, colour and style before you order to limit the chance of needing to return or exchange. Damages and issues
In the event that you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as right away at info@hnhorsewear.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you don't mind the wait we will ship your desired exchange after receiving and approving the return. This may take a few weeks depending on your location.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
