Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Made to order, personalized and custom orders are made specially for you and can not be returned. Though some made to order items are neutral enough to be resold and can be returned after consultation but will not be refunded for full price, just the ready to ship resale price. You can contact us for more information.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do offer great support to make sure you can pick the right size, colour and style before you order to limit the chance of needing to return or exchange. We will gladly help you with measuring, picking styles or designs and extra pictures of colour options, free of charge. Need help? Damages and issues

In the event that you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as right away at info@hnhorsewear.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you can exchange the item for the one you want is to order the new one right away and return the item you want to exchange for a refund.
If you don't mind the wait or don't want the extra costs of the exchange item while waiting for the return to be received and approved for the refund, you can return the item and we will send the exchanged item back as soon as we have processed the return. This may take a few weeks depending on your location and chosen exchanged item. We do not put one of a kind items on hold in wait of receiving your return, but you can purchase it in the mean time as mentioned above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@hnhorsewear.eu.
If you return is incomplete, damaged or needs cleaning, a fee for repair or cleaning will be taken out of the refund. We will notify you about this as soon as we have received your return.
