Shipping Information
All items are made in and shipped from the Netherlands, we ship worldwide! (as of march 2022 excluding Russia) Shipping costs are calculated by order amount and country the order needs to be shipped to. Also please keep in mind additional costs for duties and taxes may apply.
All orders will be shipped through PostNL, your local carrier will take over when the box has arrived in the country of destination. You will receive a Track & Trace code when your order is shipped. Tracking might not be available in some countries. The recipient will need to sign upon delivery.
If you prefer a different shipping method, for example, DHL, DPD, UPS etc. You can contact us before placing your order to see if we can arrange to ship with your preferred carrier.

Shipping includes tax.
Most items under 50 euro will fit through your mailbox and will be shipped as such. If your order is under 50 euro and doesn't fit we will cover the difference in shipping costs. If your order is over 50 euro and fits through the mailbox it will still be shipped as a regular package because of insurance.

Insurance
Because of the nature of the items sold all orders with a value of 50 euro or more will be shipped with insurance in case a package is lost or damaged during shipping. A lot of the items we sell are custom made and hard to replace, if it even is replaceable at all. So we choose to opt for more expensive shipping.
Standard+ and Insured shipping both come with insurance up to the value of items bought.
Tax and Duties
Because we ship from the Netherlands there might be additional costs when you receive your package. When importing goods from another country your package will go through customs where they may add extra costs for importing goods. You can check the website of customs in your country for more information and get an idea f what extra fees may come with your purchase, HN Horsewear is not responsible for any extra fees customs may charge you.
Shipping materials
We care about the environment so we re-use shipping materials as much as possible. At the moment we have a bunch of new boxes that would have otherwise been thrown away from a store that went out of business and if it fits your order better it might come a pre-used box. Any plastics used in packaging have not been bought by us but we will re-use plastic packaging when we have some from orders send to us. The tape we use is also made from recycled plastic.
